Filter Rust Well Water

Will a 50 micron filter remove rust from water?

I’m trying to decide if the product below will help me with my rusty, well water problem. Thanks!

Not much help, this filter is for removing sediment from the water. If you want to remove all the rust you probably would want to go with a 1 micron filter or smaller in series with a carbon activated filter.
