How to remove RustOleum Epoxy…?

We recently got the floors of our garage painted with RustOleum’s Epoxy Sheild Garage Floor Coating. Unfortunately the cleaning powder was added into the paint mix, something that should not have been done. Long story short, the paint did not react with our floor and now we have to remove the paint. We have ALREADY tried sanding, using a pressure washer, and some kind of acid-remover-thing which I don’t know the name of… Our floor is oddly patchy because the paint came off in some places, but refuses to come off in others, and it’s really sticky wherever it didn’t come off.

Is there anything else we can do? Any input would be greatly appreciated:)
